Pen Jean Pierre Lépine Fountain Pen Samba 1993 Pink Green Pen (M) New NOS

€371,80
A rare example of avant -garde French design: the green pink resin fountain Jean Pierre Lépine Samba, produced in 1993, represents the most lively and sculptural interpretation of the art of writing. The resin shows bright veins and changing reflections in the tones of pink and greenery, which give depth and movement to the stem. The clip, sinuous as a wave or a stylized snake, and the asymmetrical central ring engraved with the signature Lépine Paris testify to the creative philosophy of the maison: to combine functionality and bold aesthetic.

Samba represents the colorful and unconventional spirit of the early 90s, when writing was transformed from daily gesture to declaration of style. Every detail - from the reflections of the resin to fluid clip - expresses the French postmodern aesthetic, capable of combining irony and artisan luxury.

📖 An era of ink and genius: the Samba model was born in the early 90s as a manifesto by Jean Pierre Lépine, a French craftsman heir of a long family tradition of masters, returning and stilographers. The collection was distinguished by the use of colored resins, ergonomic shapes and metal details of great originality. In December 1993 some un number specimens were made, such as the one proposed here, which mark the beginning of the international diffusion of the brand.

Lépine is now recognized as one of the most daring French creators of contemporary writing tools, capable of transforming each pen into a design object.
